Vendor questions, answered
Any registered local business in Northeast India — restaurants, grocery and kirana shops, pharmacies, retail stores, hotels and homestays, and local service providers.
Send us your business details through the Become a Vendor form. We will get back to you to collect documents and set up your store.
Business proof — a GST number or your local trade licence — plus a bank account for payouts and photos of your products or premises. Pharmacies also need a valid drug licence.
No. Registering and listing your business is free. Commission applies only on completed orders.
Orders come through your vendor dashboard, where you accept them and mark them ready. You control your opening hours and can pause orders whenever you need to.
An Urban Haul delivery partner collects the order from you and takes it to the customer. You can also handle your own delivery if you prefer.
Payouts are made weekly by UPI or NEFT to your registered bank account, with the commission already deducted so the amount matches your dashboard.
Yes. There is no minimum size, no minimum order volume and no monthly fee. A single-owner shop is as welcome as a chain.
Coverage is rolling out city by city across the eight Northeast states. Check the coverage map on the homepage for the current status of your town, and register either way — vendors who sign up before launch are live from day one.
